📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account management teams to understand customer needs and align pre-sales efforts with overall business strategies. • Engage with potential customers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their needs. • Work closely with the authors and Pinnacle’s professional service teams to design and demonstrate solutions that meet customer requirement. • Craft and deliver tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts that showcase the value and capabilities of our products and services. • Working with the New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and Customer Account Management (CAM) teams to oversee the creation of detailed and persuasive proposals that outline the proposed solutions, benefits, and implementation strategies. • Assist the sales team in negotiation and closing processes by providing product based technical expertise, addressing product inquiries, and removing obstacles.

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct and its business impact. • Familiarity with key sectors such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Construction. • Due to the nature of this role, it will require travel to customer sites as needed, which may require overnight stays. It will require attendance at in-person team meetings and industry events.
