📋 Description

• Targeted and independent project management during the proposal and sales phase from initial contact to contract award - in our segments: green hydrogen, large heat pumps or power-to-heat systems • Responsibility for the technical development and cost calculation of proposals in collaboration with a team from the relevant specialist departments and experts • Technical and commercial contract negotiations with customers in cooperation with the operational teams • Establishing and maintaining customer and manufacturer/supplier relationships • Maintaining and analyzing proposal and customer data in the CRM tool (Salesforce) • Contributing to business development and liaising with local and international sales colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Successful completion of a technical degree or a degree in business administration with a technical focus • Professional experience in sales and acquisition of projects in the energy sector • Confident negotiation skills and strong presentation ability • Initiative, team orientation and professional expertise • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken, are desirable • Willingness to travel and to undertake further training
