📋 Description
• Lead ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of Workday HCM solutions for global clients • Specialize in Core HCM with a strong focus on Benefits and Compensation • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering tailored, strategic solutions • Proactively advise on dependencies, cross-stream implications, and maintenance concerns • Manage competing priorities across multiple clients, proactively communicating about completion dates and blockers
🎯 Requirements
• Workday certification and/or significant hands-on experience configuring Benefits and Compensation • Solid understanding of related Workday functional areas beyond your core specialty • Proven success in a client-facing consulting role or client-side HRIS team • Strong customer engagement and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders • Commercial awareness and understanding of consulting project dynamics • Ability to manage service delivery risk and lead cross-functional workshops and strategic discussions
