📋 Description

• Work in a team to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global customers • Typically lead a project workstream • Build relationships with customers • Shape and deliver solutions aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable • Provide hands-on, client-facing consulting in a fast-paced environment • Deliver exceptional customer support

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Workday Time Tracking • Workday Certification in Time Tracking • Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics • Broad business and technology experience • Awareness of industry trends and their potential impact on products • Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure • Excellent consulting skills, including leading large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders • Ability to liaise confidently and effectively with senior executives • Commercial understanding of utilization within a services organization • Able to rotate through Workday Consulting and Application Management Services • Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region; minimal out-of-region travel may also be required • Professional qualifications in the area of expertise are nice to have • Experience in post-deployment services is nice to have
