📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic legal partner to APAC sales teams • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, primarily go-to-market and sales transactions, including enterprise customer contracts • Support complex technology deal negotiations across APAC companies and organizations, from SMB to large enterprise • Provide practical legal guidance to Sales and GTM teams to support deal velocity • Advise on legal and regulatory considerations for responsible AI deployment across APAC • Build and maintain commercial legal infrastructure, including contract templates and playbooks • Improve commercial legal processes • Identify and appropriately escalate legal risks while supporting business momentum • Stay current on legal developments affecting AI technologies • Build relationships with APAC clients, regulatory bodies and industry partners

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ PQE • Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, such as enterprise customer contracts or SaaS agreements • Exposure to commercial contracts, SaaS agreements or technology transactions • Strong legal writing skills and ability to translate legal concepts for non-lawyer audiences • In-house experience at leading technology companies with APAC operations • Experience with AI, machine learning or other emerging technologies in commercial contexts • Experience supporting sales teams across diverse client segments in deal negotiations • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder agreements involving technical and policy considerations • Curiosity about AI technology and AI policy, and commitment to responsible AI development • Collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where needed • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
