📋 Description

• Contribute to backend services, data pipelines, and ML pipelines supporting products used by commercial insurance underwriters • Build and improve systems that ingest, process, and reason over large volumes of structured and unstructured data • Work with documents, third-party sources, and model outputs • Own features end to end • Collaborate with full-stack, backend, ML, and platform engineers • Contribute to designing, building, testing, and operating production systems at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 1 year of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems • Strong fundamentals in at least one programming language • Knowledge of Python • Degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Curiosity about AI, data, and real-world applications of machine learning • Ability to take ownership and work with ambiguity • Ability to move fast, learn quickly, and maintain high standards • Appreciation for direct feedback, meritocracy, and transparency
