• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Bing, and other key B2B platforms • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and copy/ad asset development • Optimize campaigns for CAC, CPL, SQLs, and pipeline metrics (HubSpot tracking) • Review performance and lead quality via HubSpot • Manage negative keywords, search terms, and ad responses • Respond to client queries via Slack or HubSpot • Provide performance snapshots and pacing reports • Analyze CTR, CPL trends, and investigate anomalies • Review audience performance and ad asset effectiveness • Update OKRs for each engagement • Conduct platform audits (Auction Insights, Quality Score, Professional Demographics) • Use HubSpot to track lead quality, MQL/SQL status, and attribution • Identify conversion gaps across landing pages (using MS Clarity, GA) • Prepare campaign summary reports and recommendations
• 4+ years of experience in Paid Media, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment • Hands-on experience with: Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) • LinkedIn Campaign Manager • Meta Ads Manager • HubSpot • Google Analytics, Semrush, SpyFu • Strong understanding of CAC, SQLs, MQLs, and pipeline metrics • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple engagements.
