📋 Description

• Direct all financial operations and reporting • Manage the revenue cycle associated with third-party payors • Maintain strict regulatory compliance (financial audits, DMEPOS, CMS) • Optimize the management of inventory (medical devices and supplies) • Lead and supervise the outsourced accounting team • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes in compliance with GAAP • Prepare and analyze financial statements, focusing on key operational metrics • Own working relationship with external auditors and drive annual financial statement audit • Manage tax provision and tax compliance activities • Partner with FP&A to develop and manage annual operating budget • Implement and oversee robust inventory controls for all medical equipment and supplies • Develop, document, and maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting, billing, and inventory processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred • 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience • 3+ years specifically within the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Healthcare industry • Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and third-party payor billing/reimbursement (Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance) • Proven experience with DMEPOS compliance and related financial regulations • Expertise in inventory accounting and fixed asset management for rental and sales-based products • Proficiency with Excel and the ability to create effective models; experience with NetSuite, Ramp, Rippling
