📋 Description

• Ownership of the month-end close process, ensuring timely completion, accurate reconciliation, high quality financial reporting and analysis. • Oversee the full accounting cycle, including customer invoicing, collections, and accounts payable. • Develop, implement and maintain internal accounting controls, policies, and procedures in alignment with Lumine Group standards. • Ensure adherence with IFRS 15 and all relevant accounting policies and standards. • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. • Drive improvements in working capital through effective debtor management, cash flow optimization, and proactive cash management. • Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful financial analysis to the CEO and department leaders. • Continuous review and improvement of processes and controls introducing automation where possible. • Manage internal and external auditor relationships. • Oversee tax compliance, ensuring accurate preparation and timely filing of VAT and related returns.

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) is a plus. • Demonstrates strength in application of current technical accounting knowledge. • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus) and advanced proficiency in Excel. • Proven ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. • Excellent problem solving and critical-thinking skills. • Attention to detail with an emphasis on time management to effectively meet deadlines. • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to adapt to changing environments and effectively manage a fast-paced, demanding workload. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration • 3+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
