📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI users, diagnosing and resolving platform-related issues • Assist and guide citizen developers with best practices, data connections, and environment usage • Operate and maintain the Power Platform CoE toolkit, ensuring accurate inventory, usage analytics, and compliance • Maintain up-to-date support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles • Monitor environments and applications for adherence to platform governance and data policies • Work closely with UK-based team members, demonstrating flexibility in communication and project delivery across different time zones • Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform updates, AI advancements, and features, applying them to improve existing solutions • Deliver short training sessions or office hours to help citizen developers build compliant, maintainable apps

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and Power Platform administration • Strong troubleshooting and user support experience • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
