📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service tools that provide visibility into clinical, operational, and business performance. • Partner with leadership to define key metrics and KPIs and ensure they are consistently measured and reported. • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover insights on patient populations, provider performance, care management programs, and payer reporting. • Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with data engineers and product/tech teams to ensure data sources are accurate, well-structured, and accessible. • Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in care delivery, operations, and financial performance. • Contribute to building a culture of data-driven decision-making across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, in healthcare, healthtech, or related industries • Strong proficiency with SQL and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or similar) • Experience working with healthcare data such as claims, EHR, and operational datasets • Deep understanding of value-based care models, including TCoC, utilization, and outcomes measurement • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into clear analyses and recommendations. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders through data storytelling. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, where priorities shift and structure is still evolving. • Nice to Have: Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and payer & provider reporting requirements. • Proficiency in Python, R, or other scripting languages for advanced analysis. • Experience supporting value-based care models and payer & provider partnerships. • Experience with complex data warehouses, analytics pipelines, and cloud computing.
