📋 Description

• Responsible for the administration, operation and optimization of the network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers & access points) • Perform troubleshooting and remediation as part of 3rd-level support and develop new solution approaches • Maintain documentation and handle fault management • Act as the point of contact for external service providers in the areas of networking and IT security • Support national and international teams in diverse projects

🎯 Requirements

• Team player and consultative IT enthusiast with a passion for technology • Advanced skills: WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN/VXLAN, BGP/OSPF routing, VoIP • Experience with: Cisco, Palo Alto, Lancom • Solution-oriented, structured, and able to remain calm in critical operational situations • Fluent in German and English and willing to take part in on-call duty
