📋 Description

• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for a consulting team working with the WOWIPORT ERP solution • Lead, coach, and provide regular feedback to 7–10 ERP consultants • Foster independent working and individual professional development • Plan utilization, resources, and capacity • Align approaches, provide mutual cover, and develop shared standards and best practices with the other Co-Heads • Ensure quality standards in ERP implementations, customer training, and consulting services • Further develop processes across project management, knowledge management, and Customer Success Management throughout the customer lifecycle • Implement strategic objectives and organizational changes • Take responsibility for a specific area of expertise • Support the team with complex questions relating to WOWIPORT, ERP software, and housing-industry processes • Develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions for day-to-day project and consulting work

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in professional and disciplinary leadership • Demonstrated success in developing employees and supporting them through change • Extensive experience in ERP consulting, software implementation, or ERP system support • Experience with customer projects, training, and consulting • Knowledge of the commercial and operational processes of housing companies or property management firms • Experience in resource, capacity, and workforce planning • Structured, solution-oriented management of complex situations • Ability to guide change and collaborate with different departments and stakeholders • Strong decision-making skills and effective delegation • Clear, dependable communication and constructive, appreciative feedback conversations • Willingness to occasionally visit colleagues and customers in person at locations throughout Germany
