📋 Description

• Develop machine learning models to support decision-making in the installment lending business • Build AI features and LLM-based applications • Work closely with Data Engineering, Product Management, and Data Analytics • Take end-to-end responsibility for machine learning models • Continuously advance data-driven products and use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience developing and operating machine learning models in production systems • Proficient in Python and common machine learning frameworks • Understanding of production environments, including technical, domain, and data-related requirements • Ability to translate complex business processes into machine learning applications, models, and features • Ideally, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or their integration • Ability to work independently and reliably prioritize tasks • Awareness of data protection/privacy requirements in FinTech or regulated environments • German language skills at least C1 level, spoken and written
