📋 Description

• Data privacy management: You will further develop the group-wide data privacy management system, ensure its reliable operation, manage the operational data privacy activities of the Proalpha Group, coordinate the data privacy coordinators of the group companies, and work closely with the external data protection officer. • Data privacy processes: You maintain the records of processing activities, support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and assist in defining, documenting, and reviewing technical and organizational measures. • Products and projects: You support software, cloud, AI and digitization projects, embed Privacy by Design into products and services, and advise business units on data protection requirements. • Compliance and advisory: You create and maintain privacy and compliance policies, processes and documentation, handle due diligence questionnaires from customers, and support compliance requirements related to suppliers. In data protection matters you also work collaboratively with the works council. • Governance and awareness: You monitor regulatory developments in data protection, derive necessary actions, conduct training and awareness measures, and support internal audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Law, Business Administration or a comparable qualification • Several years of practical experience in privacy/data protection management in a software, SaaS or technology company • Solid knowledge of the GDPR and the BDSG and experience providing data protection support for software, cloud, IT or digitization projects; an additional qualification as a company data protection officer or a privacy certification (e.g. TÜV, GDD or IAPP) is an advantage • Strong advisory skills and the ability to communicate complex requirements clearly, combined with an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style • Fluent German and good English for communication in an international environment
