📋 Description

• Build and further develop modern infrastructure • Design new platforms based on a public/private cloud architecture • Drive automation, security, scalability, and Infrastructure as Code • Establish DevOps principles within product teams • Develop automated workflows, versioning strategies, and deployment processes • Collaborate closely with development teams and support Kotlin-based services • Adjust Gradle build configurations, container setups, and CI/CD pipelines • Make minor code changes and review pull requests • Support deployment, release, and operational processes as well as incident analysis and performance optimizations • Automate infrastructure configurations with Ansible and evolve playbooks • Automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes using Jenkins and Bitbucket Pipelines • Use Infrastructure as Code to enable reproducible infrastructure • Migrate applications incrementally into containerized environments and advance Docker workflows • Provide monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions with Grafana, Loki, and LibreNMS • Identify optimization opportunities and ensure system stability and performance • Evaluate and implement AI-assisted tools and workflows, for example Agentic Programming • Help shape technical standards and architectural decisions within the Community of Practice • Document solutions and share knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or build and deployment automation • Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu), and server and network configuration • Experience with Docker and Ansible • Ideally experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform • Knowledge of building and operating public/private cloud architectures • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, for example Jenkins or Bitbucket Pipelines • Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions such as Grafana and Loki or comparable tools • Willingness to read and, when necessary, adjust Kotlin code and Gradle builds • Structured, analytical working style • Knowledge of Apache HTTP Server, Nginx, Apache Tomcat, PostgreSQL, or security and compliance is a plus but not required
