⢠Several years of experience in IT support or technical customer service ⢠Systematic analysis of incidents ⢠Experience with ticketing systems ⢠MS Office proficiency ⢠Experience with SQL and server logs advantageous ⢠German language skills (at least C1 level) ⢠Good English skills (at least B2 level)
