📋 Description

• First point of contact for support and service inquiries related to our digital financing platform • Support for Sparkassen (savings banks) and distribution partners on product-related and technical questions • Guide new partners through technical onboarding • Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and IT • Predominantly digital communication — via email, phone and video calls • Identify optimization potential and proactively contribute ideas to further develop support and service processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/-frau) or an equivalent qualification • Initial practical experience with mortgage financing, real estate financing or loan processing • Interest in digital platforms, technical concepts and modern FinTech solutions • Confident user of MS Office • Ideally first experience with CRM systems • Knowledge of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe or experience in a platform/software environment
