📋 Description

• Acquire new distribution partners in mortgage finance, building savings, and installment loans • Systematically expand the sales network • Identify and qualify financial sales organizations, intermediary networks, broker pools, and institutional partners • Conduct acquisition and business development meetings • Support prospective partners through to contract signing • Represent Qualitypool at trade fairs, industry events, networking meetings, and partner appointments throughout Germany • Collaborate with Key Account Management, Partner Support, and Sales Strategy • Further develop acquisition processes and help shape sales processes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B acquisition, new customer acquisition, or partner development • Strong knowledge of mortgage finance, banking, financial services, real estate finance, or platform-based businesses • Completed banking apprenticeship or §34i certification • Structured approach to managing sales pipelines • Ability to prioritize opportunities effectively • Use of data-driven decision-making in acquisition activities • Business-fluent German at a minimum C1 level • Professional demeanor when interacting with a range of stakeholders • Nice to have: Experience with broker pools, intermediary networks, regional sales organizations, or institutional partner structures • Nice to have: Knowledge of CRM systems, sales funnel management, social selling, or modern research and AI-supported acquisition methods • Nice to have: Experience establishing new sales or partner management processes
