📋 Description

• After intensive, role-specific training by our colleagues, you will be our expert as a Service Technician / Field Service Technician (m/f/d) for the commissioning, maintenance and repair of entertainment and gaming machines. • Our customers can rely on your technical expertise on site for all technical questions. • Your responsibilities also include tasks in network technology as well as the occasional handling of cash collections. • As part of a regional branch, you receive your daily work orders in digital form and look after a fixed customer base.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electronics, information technology or radio and television technology • Professional experience as a field service technician, ideally in the vending/slot machine industry • Desirable: knowledge of communications and network technology (Ethernet technology, cabling and components, e.g. switches) • Open, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible working style
