📋 Description

• Maximize revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties • Report to and work closely with the Lead Revenue Manager • Develop and execute data-driven strategies for pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation • Collaborate with property partners and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and financial strategy • Forecast competitive-set Year-Over-Year RevPAR Change for the next 90–120 days • Design, implement, monitor, and execute yield strategies to drive profitability and grow RevPAR Index • Monitor market performance and proactively communicate and pivot strategies • Create and distribute weekly strategy notes covering portfolio pickup, strategy impacts, new strategy suggestions, and financial forecast risks/upside • Conduct forecasts within ±3% of actual results • Drive Length-of-Stay, Market Segment, and Source mix to increase Net Revenue and Operating Profit year over year

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the Philippines; candidates outside the Philippines will not be considered • Availability for overnight hours, generally Tuesday through Saturday, aligned with U.S. business hours • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking • Effective communication skills • Ability to maximize revenue and optimize pricing strategies within hospitality organizations or airlines • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns • Ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data • Experience utilizing revenue management systems, property management systems, and other technology tools • Financial acumen and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Track record of formulating and implementing strategies that maximize revenue and optimize profitability • Ability to understand property-wide business objectives • Completion of a short Vervoe assessment, approximately 45 minutes
