📋 Description

• Prepare credit applications by collecting documents, following up with clients, and ensuring accuracy and completeness • Review ASIC documents, PPSR registers, and business structures to support credit assessments • Coordinate settlement activities, including PPSR registrations, borrower confirmations, file management, and basic Xero reconciliations • Monitor loan repayments and follow up on outstanding payments • Collect and consolidate commission statements and related data • Use AI tools and technology to improve workflow efficiency and productivity • Support end-to-end lending operations throughout the loan lifecycle • Collaborate with Sales and Credit teams to maintain accurate applications and provide efficient support

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Credit Analyst within the Australian mortgage broking, lending, banking, or related financial services industry • Strong knowledge of Australian lending documentation and processes, including ASIC company searches, PPSR registrations, and corporate structures • Understanding of credit assessment processes and lending documentation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership • Comfortable using AI tools and technology to enhance efficiency • Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn, clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”
