• Design, execute, and optimize programs that accelerate product adoption, reinforce customer value, reduce churn, and drive multi-product expansion. • Operationalize lifecycle stages, activate customer signals, and deliver programs that influence near-term revenue and long-term customer loyalty. • Define and operationalize lifecycle stages with clear entry/exit criteria. • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver measurable marketing-sourced expansion pipeline. • Develop standardized, repeatable customer-facing assets to strengthen renewal conversations. • Define lifecycle KPIs including activation, adoption milestones, expansion conversion, renewal health, and NRR drivers.
• 8+ years in lifecycle, retention, customer, or product marketing (preferably SaaS). • Experience driving adoption, retention, or expansion through data-driven programs. • Ability to translate product and usage data into lifecycle insights and interventions.
