📋 Description

• Manage and administer SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, PO/PI, Fiori, and other SAP landscapes • Perform system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patches (S/4HANA, HANA DB, NetWeaver) • Monitor system performance, health checks, backups, and disaster recovery • Manage user administration, roles, profiles, and authorization concepts • Perform transport management, client copies, and system refreshes • Support integration of SAP systems with third-party applications • Ensure security compliance, audit readiness, and system hardening • Collaborate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues • Provide 24/7 support (on-call rotation if required) for production systems • Stay updated with latest SAP technologies (S/4HANA, Cloud, BTP)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 8+ years of SAP BASIS administration experience • 3+ years in SAP S/4HANA and HANA DB • Strong expertise in system installation, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning • Hands-on experience in HANA database administration and monitoring • Knowledge of SAP security, roles, profiles, and GRC integration • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Monitoring, EWA, Diagnostics) • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment • Provide 24/7 support (on-call rotation if required) for production systems • Preferred: SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA / SAP BASIS / S/4HANA Administration • Preferred: Experience with SAP Cloud (RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, Azure/AWS/GCP hosting) • Preferred: Knowledge of High Availability (HA), DR setups, and clustering • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and automation tools
