📋 Description

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance to Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat • Resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping updates, product information, returns, and simple billing questions • Maintain a consistently high standard of customer satisfaction during every interaction • Escalate complex technical or logistical issues to appropriate internal departments • Accurately record customer details, feedback, and support ticket resolutions in the CRM database

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2) in Slovenian • Strong working proficiency in English (B2 or higher) for internal communications and system tools • Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria • Currently residing in Bulgaria • Quiet, dedicated home workspace • Reliable, high-speed internet connection • Ability to work standard shift hours, Monday through Friday only • Excellent written and verbal communication • Active listening skills • High empathy • Customer-first attitude • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or e-commerce support is a plus, but not required • Submit your CV in English
