📋 Description

• Influence the product and shape product strategy based on research and data • Identify customer needs and problems worth solving • Break down large problems into simple solutions and drive them from concept through completion • Pragmatically scope design work, selecting quick prototypes or deeper architectural rigor as appropriate • Partner equally with the Product Manager on product discovery • Measure design impact on product success • Create a unified, end-to-end experience with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts across teams • Test designs through customer interviews and usability testing • Champion user experience across the organization with clear, evidence-based design rationale • Raise design quality across the organization • Collaborate with the internal Product Design practice

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing digital products, including information architecture, visual design, and interaction design • Experience in an e-commerce environment is ideal • Proven track record working in interdisciplinary teams • Ability to effectively leverage AI and no-code tools to streamline the design process • Ability to create prototypes and iterate quickly using qualitative and quantitative user research methods • Familiarity with product discovery techniques, including usability labs and A/B testing • Ability to think holistically about product strategy and vision • Ability to align user needs with strategic business goals • Proficiency using data-driven KPIs and strategic OKRs • Fluent in English (C1) • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment • Portfolio link required in the application
