📋 Description
• Supports base civil engineer responsibilities concerning real property acquisition and management • Responsible for real property inventory maintenance and reporting • Performs all Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) actions • Conducts and processes annual compliance inspections for grants • Coordinates with entities on base such as Environmental flight and Legal office
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in real property • Experience in research of legal documents • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields preferred • Knowledge of federal government real property procedures • Ability to use Microsoft Office at an intermediate level • Valid state Driver's License with acceptable driving record
