• Develop and execute a territory plan to meet or exceed sales targets • Build advocacy among dental equipment dealers to drive customer acquisition • Foster trusted relationships with end users across the territory • Manage and track opportunities using CRM tools • Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitor activity • Represent KaVo at trade shows and company events • Operate within assigned territory budget • Lift and transport demo equipment up to 20 lbs as needed • Other responsibilities as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field • High school diploma or equivalent and + 4 years in the dental industry • 1+ year of business-to-business sales experience in a commission-based role • Valid driver’s license • Prior sales experience in the dental industry (preferred) • Formal sales training (preferred) • Ability to articulate technical and clinical product information (preferred) • Self-aware, action-oriented, customer-focused, adaptable under ambiguity (preferred)
