📋 Description

• Develop and manage detailed project plans; oversee antenna and network infrastructure installation; coordinate engineering, IT, and field teams. • Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical challenges during system implementation. • Assist in proposal development by creating bases of estimate, materials, and direct costs. • Contribute to marketing materials that highlight technical capabilities and support business growth. • Manage personnel and resource deployment for each project phase. • Promote system quality and team accountability. • Define staffing and material strategies to optimize project outcomes. • Conduct performance validation and recommend engineering improvements. • Prepare specifications, test plans, and reports to support compliance and project phases. • Lead or support small-scale projects, ensuring milestone achievement and quality standards. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and resolve technical issues. • Mentor junior team members and foster technical growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFID, wireless communications, RF systems, RF propagation, or signal processing. • Demonstrated expertise in RF engineering and problem-solving. • Strong communication skills and experience in technical documentation. • Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and lead project planning and integration efforts. • US citizenship is a requirement.
