📋 Description

• Support pursuit management team from opportunity identification through award • Collaborate with Capture and Solutioning team members to fully understand client desires and solutions and translate those into compelling proposal content • Develop the proposal management plan and manage to that plan • Manage and coordinate document control for files • Write and prepare pursuit support artifacts including white papers, presentations, and marketing collateral • Lead proposal development efforts to provide clear, compelling, and compliant written responses that incorporate win strategies • Develop proposal schedules, outlines, color review documentation, kick-off documentation, and compliance matrices • Work with graphics professionals to manage the development of high-quality and impactful proposal graphics and presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of experience • Experience with GSA AAS (FEDSIM) and other complex proposals for large efforts (>$200M) • Strong project management skills in team facilitation, as well as managing resources and schedules • Excellent communication/presentation skills including exceptional persuasive writing skills • Must be willing to learn new skills, technologies, and adapt to changing needs • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with SharePoint • Must be a US citizen
