• Develop integrated evidence strategies that combine clinical, economic, and outcomes data. • Lead planning for real-world evidence, health economic analyses, publications, and value dossiers. • Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Commercial leaders to align evidence plans to market and reimbursement priorities. • Oversee evidence generation vendors, analytics partners, and study governance. • Translate complex data into decision-ready insights for executive leadership. • Build repeatable frameworks for evidence prioritization across the product lifecycle. • Support external communication strategy related to clinical and economic value.
• Advanced degree preferred in life sciences, public health, health economics, epidemiology, or related field. • Strong experience in evidence strategy, HEOR, outcomes research, medical affairs, or clinical evidence leadership within medtech, diagnostics, or another regulated healthcare segment. • Familiarity with market access and value-based evidence development. • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to operate in an ambiguous, growth-oriented, matrixed environment.
