• Develop and lead post-market clinical evidence and surveillance strategy across commercialized products. • Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Product teams to assess performance trends and define follow-up evidence needs. • Guide PMCF, surveillance initiatives, and broader lifecycle evidence planning where applicable. • Support responses to health authority questions, product changes, and risk management updates. • Oversee external partners, data review processes, and governance related to post-market evidence activities. • Build scalable processes for signal review, documentation, and executive reporting. • Ensure post-market clinical strategy supports both compliance obligations and business decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • Extensive experience in medical devices with strong exposure to post-market clinical, surveillance, vigilance, or lifecycle evidence strategy. • Familiarity with quality systems, regulatory follow-up obligations, and risk management interfaces. • Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills. • Experience leading change and maturing post-market capabilities in global organizations.
• $225,000 - $280,000 base salary • annual bonus • long-term incentive opportunity
