🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years recruitment experience • Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently • Strong client relationship management skills • Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices • Excellent communication skills (fluency in English essential) • Existing client base or business pipeline • Specialization in high-demand sectors • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L • Established network within your business community
