Kertos targets growing B2B organizations — including SaaS, fintech and healthtech companies — looking to scale securely and achieve certifications faster with fewer consultants.

📋 Description

• You support Kertos customers end-to-end in the implementation, operation, and continuous development of information security frameworks, helping them sustainably meet regulatory and organizational requirements. • With your expertise in information security (ISO 27001, SOC2, TISAX, NIS2), you act as a trusted advisor for our clients and provide subject-matter support to our product and sales teams. • As the bridge between our customers and our product team, you use direct customer feedback to continuously identify product improvements and new features. • You help shape our internal processes so they can grow with the company and meet customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree in Cyber Security, Business Law, Business Informatics, or a related field and have several years of professional experience, ideally in consulting. • You have solid knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, TISAX and/or NIS2. • You have experience working with clients (e.g., in consulting) and are able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines concurrently. • With strong interpersonal skills and fluent communication in German and English, you confidently advise clients. • You are curious, enjoy solving challenges, bring a positive attitude, and take pleasure in collaborating with clients.
