📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain cryptographic solutions, including integration and customization of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) to provide secure cryptographic services. • Design, implement, and maintain secure processes for generation and management of cryptographic assets (e.g., cryptographic keys) within a controlled environment. • Collaborate with Product Owners and security experts to implement secure cryptographic workflows and tooling. • Provide cryptography guidance and consultancy to engineering teams, promoting the correct use of cryptographic primitives and best practices. • Support internal and external stakeholders by troubleshooting cryptographic implementations, managing technical issues, and clearly communicating complex concepts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development. • Strong programming skills in C and Java, experience with Python and Shell scripting is a plus. • Strong interest in cryptography and/or security engineering. • Good understanding of cryptographic algorithms (e.g., AES, RSA, ECC, Diffie-Hellman, SHA). • Good understanding of Key management principles (e.g., Key generation, secure storage, rotation, revocation, and secure distribution). • Familiarity with secure coding practices and system security fundamentals. • Exposure to or willingness to work with HSMs or secure key storage systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively. • Should have experience with PKCS#11, JCE, and popular cryptographic libraries. • Should have experience at backend / web application / server development would be preferred. • Good knowledge or exposure to public Key Infrastructure (PKI), TLS; and Key Management Systems (KMS), tokenization, or secure enclave technologies. • Ability to understand stakeholder needs and provide recommendations based on security best practices. • Good communication, teamwork, and ownership mindset.
