📋 Description

• Identify and reach out to influencers, creators, and affiliate partners across social media platforms • Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners • Pitch partnership opportunities and secure sign-ups • Onboard influencers and affiliates into campaigns or programs • Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management • Track partner activity and performance • Support activation of campaigns and ensure partners are engaged • Report results and updates regularly

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, sales, or business development • Strong communication and outreach skills • Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools • Self-motivated and results-driven • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills • Previous experience in influencer or affiliate recruitment (preferred) • Existing network of influencers or creators (a plus)
