📋 Description

• Implement and configure Informatica IDMC / CDGC, establishing the foundation for a global data governance platform • Configure connectors, source system integrations, scanning, and profiling capabilities across the organisation • Define and recommend platform activation priorities, advising stakeholders on the most effective implementation approach • Assess and communicate the cost implications of configuration choices and regional requirements • Collaborate with central data teams, US-based governance teams, and regional business units • Provide technical guidance, implementation recommendations, and governance best practices as a trusted advisor • Deliver an MVP serving as the blueprint for future deployments in multiple countries • Balance business value, governance objectives, and operational costs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Management, or related disciplines • Strong hands-on experience implementing Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) solutions and Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) • Proven experience delivering end-to-end enterprise-scale data governance, metadata management, or data catalog initiatives and implementation • Experience working within multinational, federated, or multi-entity environments • Professional fluency in English • Strong expertise in Informatica IDMC, including platform configuration and deployment • Experience configuring connectors, source onboarding, scanning, profiling, and metadata discovery processes • Ability to define implementation priorities and make architecture-level recommendations • Understanding of data governance operating models, data ownership, stewardship, and domain-based approaches • Ability to evaluate and articulate the operational and financial impact of technical decisions • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise data platform ecosystems • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Relevant Informatica certifications are a nice-to-have, not required • Experience in insurance, financial services, or assistance services sectors is a nice-to-have • Exposure to large-scale international transformation programmes is a nice-to-have • Experience working alongside Informatica Professional Services teams is a nice-to-have • Knowledge of emerging trends in Data Management, Data Governance, AI, and GenAI-enabled optimisation is a nice-to-have
