📋 Description

• Partner with SAP technical leads and solution architects to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, estimate effort, and select technical resources • Establish clear project scope, proposals, plans, and estimates, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Act as a facilitator to resolve conflicts between local and global IT teams, as well as between IT and business stakeholders • Manage SAP projects end-to-end, including project planning, schedules, roles, and resource allocation • Lead cross-functional teams with IT and business partners • Track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure milestone and deliverable completion • Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders • Develop and present project recommendations to leadership, including changes to IT strategy, technology choices, total cost of ownership, and business impact • Lead project implementation, coordinating local business and IT teams, and ensuring readiness in processes, training, governance, and organizational setup • Direct and coordinate the work of internal teams and external consultants to build high-performing project teams • Manage budgets, timelines, and performance standards, ensuring accountability for objectives • Share project management best practices and mentor junior project managers • Ensure compliance with quality systems, IT governance, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing SAP projects in regional and/or global environments • Strong understanding of the business processes supported by SAP, including Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay • Proven experience managing multicultural and cross-functional teams • Experience implementing or supporting agile methodologies (for example, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP) • Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication • Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (spoken and written) • Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills • High level of ownership, proactive mindset, and structured approach to problem solving.
