📋 Description

• Transform large volumes of data into strategic insights • Support business decisions on a strategic project in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical sector • Perform statistical analyses and build models • Communicate results to diverse audiences • Connect data, technology, and business needs • Work independently and in a consultative capacity on complex projects in dynamic environments

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Data Scientist • Proficiency in Python and SQL • Hands-on experience with Databricks • Knowledge of Machine Learning and statistical modeling • Experience with Power BI • Experience in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Health Plan, or Insurance sectors • Preferred: 5+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist • Experience with regression and statistical models • Knowledge of public healthcare databases, especially ANS and DATASUS • Experience with projects involving the analysis of large volumes of data • Knowledge of Generative AI applied to business solutions • Experience working in modern data and analytics environments • Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset • Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights • Consultative profile, with strong communication skills when working with technical and business teams • Ability to work independently on strategic projects in dynamic environments • Curiosity and interest in Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence • Collaborative spirit and focus on generating business value
