📋 Description

• Write and/or proofread Mandarin (simplified) audio description narration scripts for film and television content • Meet deadlines determined by the DVW Project Manager and communicate issues that could impact script delivery • Ensure AD scripts meet DVW and client quality standards • QC/proofread AD scripts by other writers • Work collaboratively with other writers

🎯 Requirements

• Commitment to accessibility and inclusion • Native speaker of Mandarin • Understanding of audio description guidelines and best practices • Minimum of 1 year of proven Audio Description script writing or AD script QC • Mastery of Mandarin written grammar and elements of style • Good English comprehension • Experience in media production, localization or copywriting a plus
