📋 Description

• Prepare recording sessions according to best practices and project, client, or recording studio needs • Follow technical specifications when performing tasks • Perform audio postproduction on recorded assets • Perform mixing, sound effect creation, audio batch analysis, and processing • Communicate workload, risks, and opportunities to the manager • Coordinate with colleagues performing postproduction work • Build productive relationships with Project Managers, Audio Asset Managers, Audio QA, Recording Studios, and other Globalize teams • Oversee the technical management of specific audio projects or batches as an Audio Project Lead • Ensure project timelines, technical specifications, and quality requirements are met • Coordinate the work of other Sound Engineers • Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sound Engineers • Assist Recording Studio teams with recordings, session preparation, audio deliveries, and studio upkeep • Promote collaboration and mutual support within the Globalize team, Service Lines, and Shared Services teams • Perform other audio tasks requested by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and another language • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all stakeholders • Good knowledge of audio localization workflows, processes, and tools • Good knowledge of digital audio workstations and sound engineering innovations • Basic knowledge of the video games market, including publishers, developers, platforms, and titles • Experience in audio recording and postproduction • Experience working in the videogames industry is highly preferred • Demonstrable evidence of successful collaborative teamwork • Ability to use good judgment to prioritize tasks • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, complex environment • CV must be submitted in English
