📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap and backlog • Define, scope, and prioritize features from concept through production • Translate business objectives into precise, actionable requirements and data models • Manage communication between stakeholders, developers, and users in German and English • Lead sprints, remove obstacles, and maintain a high development velocity • Review delivered features against the acceptance criteria • Ensure high quality, a strong user experience, and genuine business value • Evolve product processes alongside the company’s growth • Ensure short feedback loops and a smooth developer experience • Drive AI-assisted development workflows using modern tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or Product Lead in software development • Fluent German (minimum C1) in both written and spoken communication • Very good English (minimum C1) • Strong technical understanding of modern web stacks, databases (Postgres), and APIs • Understanding of software architecture • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and its impact on product planning and development velocity • Ability to write concise specifications, edge cases, and acceptance criteria • Independent, pragmatic, and proactive working style • Business-fluent German and English • Willingness to be reliably available during regular business hours • Nice to have: Background in software development or computer science • Nice to have: Experience in start-ups or fast-paced, highly experienced product teams • Nice to have: Practical experience with Linear, Notion, or GitHub Projects • Programming skills are not required, but an understanding of modern software development is essential
