📋 Description

• Build and maintain a positive working atmosphere through leadership, development, coaching and motivation of your store team. • Organize inventory management on the sales floor and ensure attractive merchandise presentation in the store. • Optimize, manage and implement all relevant procedures and sales processes. • Take responsibility for the sales and financial results of your store. • Confident use of our merchandise management and POS systems. • Responsible for sales, analysis and staff planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail cosmetics or fashion. • Strong customer service orientation and sales skills. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others. • Team player with leadership experience. • Strong organizational skills and good numerical aptitude. • Passion for cosmetics. • Confident, communicative and professional presence.
