📋 Description

• Create and maintain a positive working atmosphere by leading, developing, coaching and motivating your store team. • Organize merchandise management on the sales floor and ensure attractive product presentation in the store. • Optimize, manage and implement all relevant workflows and sales processes. • Take responsibility for the sales and financial results of your store. • Confidently operate our inventory management and POS systems. • Responsible for sales, analysis and staff planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail cosmetics or fashion. • Strong service orientation and sales skills. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others. • Team player with leadership experience. • Strong organizational skills and good numerical acumen. • Passion for cosmetics. • A confident, engaging and professional presence.
