• Aufbau und Erhalt eines positiven Arbeitsklimas durch Führung, Förderung, Coaching und Motivation Deiner Mitarbeiter*innen im Store • Organisation der Warenbewirtschaftung der Verkaufsfläche und Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation im Verkaufsraum • Optimierung, Steuerung und Umsetzung aller relevanten Abläufe und Verkaufsprozesse • Übernahme der Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für Deinen Store • Sichere Anwendung unseres Warenwirtschafts- und Kassensystems • Verantwortung für Umsatz, Analysen und Personalplanung
🎯 Requirements
• Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Bereich Retail Kosmetik oder Fashion • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Verkaufskompetenz • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Motivations- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit • Teamfähigkeit und Führungserfahrung • Organisationstalent und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis • Leidenschaft für Kosmetik • Kommunikationsstarkes und verbindliches Auftreten
