⢠Establish and maintain a positive working atmosphere by leading, developing, coaching and motivating your store team. ⢠Organize merchandise management on the sales floor and ensure attractive product presentation in the store. ⢠Optimize, manage and implement all relevant workflows and sales processes. ⢠Take ownership of the store's sales and financial performance. ⢠Confident use of our merchandise management and POS systems. ⢠Responsibility for sales, reporting and workforce planning.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in cosmetics retail or fashion. ⢠Strong customer service orientation and sales skills. ⢠Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others. ⢠Team player with leadership experience. ⢠Strong organizational skills and good numerical aptitude. ⢠Passion for cosmetics.
