• Support the Store Manager • Take responsibility for the store during the manager's absence • Maintain an overview of the sales floor • Ensure a professional onboarding process for new employees
🎯 Requirements
• Support the Store Manager in all areas • Assume responsibility for the store in the manager's absence • Keep an overview of the sales floor • Ensure professional onboarding for new employees • Completed vocational training in retail or visual merchandising • At least two years of professional experience in a comparable role • Good communication skills and a solutions-oriented working style • Confident use of IT applications (MS Office suite) • Fluent German and knowledge of English
