📋 Description

• Revenue and profitability responsibility for multiple product categories • Independently conduct price and purchasing negotiations as well as annual supplier reviews • Define the strategic and tactical direction of your product groups • Plan assortment composition and all promotional activities • Independently prepare analyses and presentations • Responsibility for product artworks • Prepare competitor and trend analyses based on market observations • Supervise a Category Buying Assistant

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or commercial vocational training with relevant further qualification • Several years of professional experience in category management / purchasing and initial leadership experience • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel • Strong sense for trends, market knowledge, and decisiveness • Independent and structured way of working • Precise work style, reliability, and resilience • High willingness to learn and develop; willingness to travel (domestic and international) • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and negotiation-level English (spoken and written)
