📋 Description

• You coordinate daily business operations • Develop and grow your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff scheduling • Perform commercial/financial analysis of the store • Drive sales through active selling

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail, preferably with experience managing a store • Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen • Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
