📋 Description

• Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds • Digital wound documentation • Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives • Close collaboration with other healthcare professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Ensuring prescription and supply management • Managing and expanding the existing client base • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• State-recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or Nursing Specialist • Previous experience in wound care is an advantage but not required • Completed advanced training as a Wound Care Specialist or willingness to undergo such training • Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs • A reliable and responsible approach to work • Valid driving licence (Class B)
